Greenhouse Residency

Restoration Church serves as one of the Greenhouse environments for the C&MA Central Region.

The Greenhouse Residency is a two year pathway of leadership training focused on holistic growth and development including character, calling, and competency. During the two years, the resident is fully immersed in the life of Restoration church. Church leaders and other mentors walk alongside the resident with a focus on discovery, development, and deployment. Each Greenhouse residency is evaluated and assessed by the Central Region of the C&MA.
